Order Form for Commercial Buyers with Volume Discounts
Akata's Grass Shack offers volume discounts for commercial buyers
who meet the minimum quantity requirements in their order of all
store items. Minimum quantity requirements are established on a
per item basis. Please use this form below as you shop the various
store boutiques, and submit when you are finished. We will send you
a Formal Price Quote for your order, detailing any applicable
discounts, with purchasing and shipping options.
How to use the commercial purchasing form:
  • Enter all contact information at the top of the form.
  • This form opens to a new window. Minimize this form
    window as you shop the various store boutiques. When you
    find an item you would like to purchase, "copy" the item
    number with your mouse. (select > right click > copy)
  • Maximize the form window and "paste" the item number in
    one of the order spaces on the form.
  • Enter the quantity of this items you would like to order.
  • Minimize this form window again and continue shopping.
  • Continue shopping in this manner until you are finished.
  • "Send" the form to Akata's Grass Shack.
  • We will send you a Formal Price Quote for your order with
    itemized pricing and shipping details ASAP.
